The Homework Option provides feedback and accountability via homework between session and this service is extra. This Option is for those who would like to be held accountable to do their homework and receive feedback about it via EMAIL. Assignments will be sent to me via email by a deadline. Then I will grade them asap and send back to you, with explanatory notes as needed.
Features of this Online Mom's Latin Course:
When you sign up for one of these courses you will be given access to attend both the evening and the morning sessions. This way if you for some reason cannot attend the session that you registered for, you can attend the other one. They will be covering essentially the same concept yet I always vary them a little, so a student can even benefit from attending both sessions! The following features solves many problems we have in a F2F (face to face) classroom:
1- No purchase of gasoline required!
2- Students can "write on the board," draw or type in color even, and yet the markers never dry up or get lost.=:)
3- The sessions are recorded, so that if someone misses they can review it. The recordings of the Online Sessions will be available to you for at least 6 months.
4- Everyone has a chance to discuss or ask questions through a mic or by typing in a chat box (if you don't have a mic) during discussion time.
5- And--last but not least---You can attend class in your pajamas!

About my experience: I have been
teaching Latin for over 12 years, in schools
and in homeschool study
centers. My three sons have been studying Latin in
homeschooling during part of that time,
too. At home and in all the various tutoring
situations, I've used just about any curriculum you can name!

Children, and more! My BA degree is in English. I have also done postgraduate study
in Latin at UNCC.
